What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is a welcoming, respectful, gentle and non-judgmental process of sacred listening that helps one recognize more clearly how God is being revealed in each moment of life. It invites a deeper relationship with God, a stronger understanding of every aspect of our humanity, and an intentional listening to God’s call. Simply put, spiritual direction is a sacred journey. On this journey, spiritual directors help others notice God’s presence and deepen our relationship with God.
